The Clans

What it says:

Two households, both alike in dignity,
In Scotland, where we lay our scene,
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.
From forth the fatal loins of these two foes
The Sun shines and brings its gleam
And wishes them to bury their strife.
The fearful passage of pass dead
Allowed the continuance of their life long rage,
Is now been three weeks traffic of our stage;
The which if you with patient reading
attend.
And watched as the Sun's toil,
did mend.*

*with apologies to Mr. Shakespeare.
